Arrival Arrangements
With TrustMed, you have nothing to arrange – we take care of all the logistics for you. We will escort you from the moment you board the plane to Israel, up until your return home, gladly fulfilling all your requirements. Our assistance is offered at several levels:
- Assistance with travel arrangements to Israel
TrustMed will order your flight ticket from anywhere worldwide at the most attractive price, with attention to your preferred seating in the plane. If a visa is needed, TrustMed will assist in speeding up its issue together with other required services. Should an emergency flight be required, we offer two options:
- A regular flight with accompanying medical team as required, within less than 24 hours.
- An airborne ambulance outfitted with high-level medical equipment and an accompanying skilled medical team including doctors, nurses and paramedics, as needed, accessible 24/7.
- Lodgings
TrustMed works in cooperation with a range of Israel’s best hotels situated near the medical institutions with which we work, and no more than a short distance from central locations. TrustMed will order a hotel room that best suits your needs and personal preferences as far as quality, location and additional relevant aspects. If your stay in Israel will be longer than just a few days, TrustMed can rent a short-term lease apartment for your use.
- Transportation
From the moment you land at Israel’s Ben Gurion International Airport, a TrustMed representative who speaks your language will be waiting for you, holding a sign with your name on it. The representative will take you to your hotel or apartment as arranged. TrustMed will arrange a driver to take you wherever you need to go (according to your medical schedule). The driver will then wait to return you safely to your lodgings.
- Schedules
On the day of your arrival or, if you arrive at a late hour, on the following day, a driver will pick you up from your lodgings and bring you to the TrustMed offices to meet your English or Russian speaking attendant (per your preference) who will explain your planned treatment program. If your medical conditions prevents you from coming to our offices, we will send the TrustMed attendant to you. You will be accompanied by the TrustMed attendant throughout your stay for all medical appointments and treatments. If needed, a senior TrustMed physician will perform the initial medical checkup.
